PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the "View Cart" link and proceed to checkout.

For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

AVAILIBILITY OF PRODUCTS
Due to reasons beyond our control, certain styles may become unavailable or be discontinued. If this happens, the customer will be contacted and another selection can be made or a refund will be given.

SHIPPING
Items generally ship within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. All customers will be notified if it will take longer than the "general" time. During busy seasons, shipping may take a little longer. Shipping charges are as follows:

Large orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. You will be notified immediately via e-mail if any additional charges will apply.
These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Orders placed between September 15th and Oct 31st are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
